How do I obtain a certificate for my course?
Once you have completed a course you should be invited to download your certificate. You should also be able find a link to the certificate in your My Account page, next to the green “Complete” note.
If this isn’t happening after you have completed a course, then please do, of course, contact us for help.
Some people who signed up early for courses may not have put their first and last names into their user profiles and so the certificate won’t look right. You can quickly tell if this affects you if your name doesn’t show on your My Account page. Just drop us a quick line with the first and last names you’d like us to add to your profile and we’ll get that sorted out right away for you.
